It is also a gated, Manazel-managed community, which means a move here is not just turning up with a truck. There is a gate pass to arrange, security at the entrance, and village layouts that decide how close the truck can get to your door. The villas come in four distinct styles, Arabian, Desert, Mediterranean and Contemporary, and each has its own quirks for a moving crew: the staircase width in the townhouse-style units, the fitted wardrobes built into the bedrooms, the garden and outdoor furniture. Al Reef Downtown is the apartment side, where it is about service-lift booking and protecting the lobby and corridors. We handle both, and we treat them as the different jobs they are.

Arabian Village
Family villas with fitted wardrobes and generous living space. We dismantle the built-in bedroom units, protect the staircase on the townhouse layouts, and rebuild everything square at the new home.
Desert Village
Larger villa layouts where the heavy dining sets, wardrobes and outdoor furniture add up fast. We bring the right crew size so a full Desert villa is cleared and moved in one organised run, not dragged over two days.
Mediterranean Village
The villas with the courtyards and terraces, which usually means garden and outdoor furniture on top of the indoor move. We wrap and move the BBQ, the patio sets and the planters along with everything inside.
Contemporary Village
The modern villa style, often with glass, modular sofas and fitted units that need proper dismantling. This is exactly the furniture work we are named for, taken apart cleanly and rebuilt so the doors still line up.
Al Reef Downtown
The apartment buildings, where the move runs on the service lift and the loading bay. We book the lift slot, protect the lobby and corridors, and clear the truck-height access at the basement so loading is never held up.
Single items and small moves
Not every Al Reef move is a whole villa. One wardrobe between villages, a sofa to a new apartment, or a few rooms of furniture, all handled and priced as the small jobs they are, from AED 400.
How the Al Reef move-in permit works, and how we help
Al Reef is a Manazel-managed community and security is strict. A truck without a valid move permit will be turned away at the gate, so this gets sorted before the day, not on it.
Apply through community management
The move-in or move-out permit is requested through Al Reef community management. It is needed for both arriving and leaving the community.
Submit your documents
You provide your tenancy contract (Tawtheeq), Emirates ID, and the mover's trade licence. We give you our licence details so the application is complete.
Forward the gate pass to us
Approval usually comes within about a day. Once you have the pass, send it to us and we match the move time to your approved slot.
