Every move in or out needs a permit from community management, security checks it at the gate, and the village layout decides how close the truck can park to your door. Each brings its own work for a moving crew, from fitted bedroom wardrobes and narrow townhouse staircases to courtyard and garden furniture. Al Reef Downtown is the apartment side, where the move runs on a booked service lift. Al Reef security checks for a move permit at the gate. A moving truck without one is not let in, so the permit is sorted before move day.
Request the move-in or move-out permit from Al Reef community management. It is needed for leaving the community as well as arriving.
Management usually asks for your tenancy details, your Emirates ID and the mover's trade licence. We send you our licence details for the application.
Once the permit is approved, send it to us on WhatsApp and we book the crew and truck for that exact window.
