Most apartment buildings ask for a move-in or move-out permit from building management and a booked service lift slot, and gated villa communities ask for a gate pass. Rules differ by building and community, so check with management before booking the date.

Do movers dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes. Wardrobes, beds, dining tables and large units are dismantled, the fittings bagged and labelled, and reassembled at the new home. With us it is included in the price.
